The key to any marketing campaign is consistency across channels. From paid search to email copy and your gifting campaigns, consistent messaging and themes will keep your business top of mind.

As much as we, as marketers, wish that our market listened the first time we made an announcement, the reality is that the moment we get tired of reiterating the same points across channels is when our target customers start to catch on to the problem we help them solve.

Not only do marketers have to reiterate their message on one channel, the message needs to be consistent across digital and physical channels.

From email copy, ad creative, landing page copy, and of course, gifting campaigns to drive engagement in your marketing campaigns.

Before, when marketers using Alyce wanted to include gifting into their campaigns, they couldn’t easily curate gifting marketplaces that matched the themes that were aligned with their campaign theme.

You can always make sure the gift you send is inline with the theme, but what about when someone exchanges the gift for something completely off theme? The message will fall flat and the experience will feel inconsistent.

That’s why today, we’re introducing Custom Marketplaces: Curate a marketplace that matches the theme of your marketing campaigns.

How Custom Marketplaces Work

Custom Marketplaces can be created on your own or with the help of your customer success manager to find the perfect gifts that fall within your budget and campaign theme to ensure that your gift experience stays consistent with your messaging.

Getting started is simple:

  1. Choose gifts in the global marketplace to add to your new custom marketplace.
  2. Choose which teams should have access to leveraging the marketplace.
  3. Set up which countries the marketplace can service and what the gift budgets should be for each of the gifts.
  4. Don’t forget to give your marketplace a name!

Once your custom marketplace has been created, you can set it as the Gift Vendor you use for your Sales Led or Marketing Led gifting campaign and you’re off to the races!

Creating Cohesive Experiences With Your Gifting Campaigns

Marketing campaigns should be cohesive, on brand, and on theme. Especially when you’re connecting online channels with traditionally offline channels like gifting.

Creating your own custom marketplace ensures that when you add gifting to your campaign you’re not creating a disjointed experience, while still offering the power of choice to your customers and prospects.
