ABM That Works: Part I Recap

Our Head of Marketing, Daniel Rodriguez, reflects on Part I of Alyce's ABM that Works webinar series.

Last week, I sat down with Outreach’s Stephen Farnsworth, and Engagio’s Sandra Friedman for the first part of Alyce’s webinar series, ABM that Works. Titled “Coordinating campaigns to maximize success,” this series opener outlines the effectiveness of multi-channel ABM campaign approaches.

From the thoughtful questions of our registrants to the expert insights of my cohosts, here are some of the memorable takeaways I brought home with me…

  1. Multi-channel communication matters. How else do you expect to land on the radar of those hard-to-reach prospects? Know what else matters?
  2. Personalization! Buyers are human beings, after all, just like you and me. Try treating your prospects as people, not personas.
  3. Context is king (and so is timing). In order to reach those coveted execs, you have to make your pitch worth their while.

At the end of the day, we all know that there is no silver bullet in ABM – but with the right tech stack, killer personalization, and consistent follow-up efforts, you just might find yourself a campaign that works!

If you didn’t have the chance to tune in, we’ve got you covered with the recording. Check out the link below to give it a listen!

A born-again Bostonian and Martha’s Vineyard native (yes, people do actually live there year-round), I attribute my passion for making personal connections in my personal and professional life to my neighborly Island roots. I joined Team Alyce in January 2019 to be a part of a bigger story and have a little fun while doing it :) . While not riding the startup roller coaster, I love spending time traveling with my unbearably cute niece and nephew, attending New England sports championship parades and taking in the sun and sea at my favorite local beaches.
