In G2’s Winter 2020 Report, Alyce has been honored to recently be named a “Leader” in ABM Execution. This report evaluates the best software solutions that help companies execute any ABM programs to target high-value prospects and accounts in a more personal one-to-one way. The report evaluates ABM solutions that range from website personalization, targeted advertising, direct mail, and more, and I’m not going to lie- all of us here at Alyce are pretty pumped about this.
More than anything else, Team Alyce is focused on one thing: making our customers happy and successful at every turn. And that’s why we’re so excited about this. Seeing review after review rolling in from customers actively sharing why they love Alyce, how it’s made them more successful, and how much they love working with the Alyce team has been a highlight for us as a company in 2019.
In this post, I’ll break down what it really means to be a “Leader” in ABM Execution, and how this positions Alyce as a critical part of the ABM tech stack for marketers and sellers looking to create more meaningful, personal connections with prospects and customers in 2020 and beyond.
How far our customers have taken us
To understand where you’re going, you must first understand where you’ve come from. This is why I want to quickly take a look at how far our customers have taken Alyce in the past year.
First, Alyce customers sent over 75,000 gift invitations to book over 9,100 meetings in 2019. And in doing so, they donated to over 235 charities through Alyce. That alone is pretty incredible.
But to grasp the true momentum Alyce has had this past year, it’s important to note that Alyce was not featured on any G2 grid report at the beginning of the year. Because of all those gifts sent, and all those meetings booked, our customers came out in droves to share their success with Alyce: leaving 127 reviews (and counting).
Even more incredible to see: of those 127 reviews, all of them rated Alyce as either 5 or 4 stars out of 5.

Breaking down the report
Alright, what does it really mean to be named a “Leader” in the ABM Execution category?
Glad you asked.
I can’t share the full set of criteria or results here (download the full Winter 2020 ABM Execution Report) but what I can say is that in the report, products are ranked by customer satisfaction and market presence and placed into four categories on the Grid. Leaders have the combined highest ratings in both criteria, based on what their own customers have said about them on G2.
Aside from the “Leader” distinction in the Grid Report, Alyce also received top acknowledgment in the ABM Execution Usability Index and Relationship Index:
Easiest to Use: Alyce received the highest “ease of use” rating of all solutions in the category
Best Usability: Alyce received the highest overall usability score of all solutions in the category
Easiest Admin: Alyce received the highest “ease of admin” rating of all solutions in the category
Best Relationship: Alyce received the highest overall relationship score of all solutions in the category
Altogether, the Grid Report, Usability Index, and Relationship Index for ABM Execution highlight Alyce as an easy to use, highly effective solution for ABM, with unparalleled relationships with customers. All based on what our customers have said about us this past year.
2020 and Beyond for Alyce and ABM
As I said, we’re extremely excited our customers’ feedback has allowed us to be in this position, and more than anything, we’re happy they’re happy.
But also, for buyers of ABM tools, this report alone is an indication of two major trends in the market:
1. Direct Mail and Gifting is now a Critical Part of Your ABM Stack
This report highlights ALL ABM Execution solutions (18 total highlighted in the report) which includes advertising, digital personalization, and other solutions. Yet the top two, and two of the only three Leaders, are ABM Direct Mail and Gifting solutions. When it comes down to real ABM results, customers are indicating that these are the critical types of solutions that will help you actually execute ABM properly, and reach your goals.
2. Marketers that Provide Personal Experiences to Prospects & Customers will Win
It’s not just direct mail and gifting that’s becoming elevated. Any direct mail can get attention. But if you really dig into why Alyce’s customers say they’re seeing success, it’s because of their ability to be more personal, with everyone, through Alyce.

Even since the Winter 2020 report was released, G2 has made Account-Based Direct Mail its own distinct category, and for Enterprise companies, Alyce is currently the overall highest rated, overall most popular, overall easiest to use, and has the highest satisfaction rating in the category.
