Hi! My name is Brianna and I am a Product Marketer here at Alyce. Today, I want to show you How to Cancel a gift before it has been sent. If you have already sent a gift and you need it canceled, you can contact support@alyce.com for assistance.
Let’s dive in!
Step 1: First let’s find the gift we want to cancel: click on campaigns at the top, then scroll down to find your campaign
Step 2: On the campaign page, scroll down to and search for your recipient in the search bar. This will open the gift flow.
Step 3: No matter where you are in the gift flow (as long as you haven’t sent a gift), you can cancel the gift. Scroll down to the bottom of the gift flow where it says “Don’t want to send this gift?” and click Discard gift
And that’s it! You can do this at any point in the gift flow before sending a gift off.
