Organizing your campaigns by gift status is the easiest way to find gifts that need action taken on them:
For example when Alyce returns ready gift options after the research is complete.
Let’s dive in!
Step 1: First, you’ll need to choose a campaign to sort gifts in. Click Campaigns in the top menu. Use the search bar to find the campaign and select it.
Step 2: This will take you to the campaign page. Scroll down to where you see Gift Breakdown. Here you’ll see a list of gifts that have been created.
Step 3: On the right side it says gift status, this will show what stage of gifting the gifts are in. There may be several pages of gifts to flip through.
If you click gift status the gifts will sort by their status. This is a good way to see gifts that need action. Look for the Needs more info button or View gift options button to take action on gifts that are waiting.
Step 4: The search bar is also useful if you have a specific gift you want to know the status of.
When you click on view gift options it will take you back to the gifting flow where you left off to choose a gift for the recipient.
