But now, in addition to that, all teams using Alyce now have the ability to send a donation as a gift to their prospects and customers, as a way of connecting personally to the causes they care about most.

The Power of Donations as Gifts
Our goal at Alyce is to help our customers get closer to their prospects and customers by providing the opportunity to connect on a personal level. A great way to do that is through personal gifting- understanding your buyer's personal interests, and sending them a gift you know they'll like and appreciate because it's attached to one of those interests. But after learning a ton from our customers, and seeing just how many recipients actually preferred to donate the value of their swag rather than accept it, we realized something really important:
What people care about most are the causes and initiatives that they support.
And to take the ultimate personal approach, aligning to these extremely meaningful causes is what resonates most with prospects and customers. Not to mention, it's just a great way to do good. That's why we're so excited to roll out donations in the Alyce gifting marketplace, so we can enable our customers to join us in giving first, and giving consistently, all while providing a better way to connect with prospects and customers on a personal level.
Leveraging Donations in the Alyce Marketplace
Alyce customers can now customize campaigns to include donations as a gift type to make available to their team. When donations are enabled for your campaign, your team will be able to access donations to over 350 charities in the Alyce marketplace to send to customers and prospects:As part of this update, for campaigns in which donations are enabled, Alyce will surface donations as recommended gift options when appropriate within the budget set for the campaign.
For example, if Alyce knows that your prospect is involved with the Wounded Warrior Project, Alyce will surface a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project as a gift option to send.
As shown above, within this campaign, all members of your team will be able to access the full donation marketplace to send a donation they know will resonate and be appreciated by their prospect or customer.
Start Creating More Meaningful Connections
A good friend of mine loves cooking and traveling. If you were trying to connect with her, she'd love if you got her a cool new recipe book or a brand new weekender bag, don't get me wrong. But I also know she cares a TON about women's health. If you send her a donation to a woman's health organization, she'd be over the moon appreciative, and way more likely to engage. That's why it's more than just "gifting" we encourage at Alyce; giving first and giving consistently, outside of just physical gifts—giving gifts that give back.
