In a year of many new challenges and changes – This one strikes home.
We are thrilled and humbled to be named one of America’s 100 Best Startup Employers by Forbes.
Reflecting on the last 12 months, many of the challenges we faced were not unique. We felt the uncertainty and helplessness in the unprecedented changes happening around the globe. In the midst of the pandemic, when many felt helpless, we recognized the world needed a place to direct their gifting spirit and we sought to create that place for our customers and prospects to give first and give consistently. Our goal was not only to support our customers and partners during the changing world but to come together to support one another.
This mission energized us like never before and we sought to help those around us to give back and make an impact on the causes that mattered most to them. We launched an entirely new market category to transform the marketing, sales, and customer service landscape, called Personal Experience (PX). It helped galvanize the Alyce team with a clear vision and approach to bring something fresh and needed to the market.
This mission forced us to reflect and evolve.
It helped us grow.
It gave us an outlet to share our culture – which is the cornerstone of Alyce.
Through this mission, we transformed our own way of work and came together – closer.
Being recognized by the industry for our unique approach and vision matters. Seeing our customers’ success who’ve partnered with Alyce matters. But being recognized by our own employees for building something special – that is simply incredible.
We do not take this announcement as an indicator we’re done and can now let off the gas. If anything it tells us that we are on the right path and it’s time to kick everything into full gear, while still ensuring our culture remains and we keep working at it.
You do not need to sacrifice culture for growth.
And we owe it to our team, partners, and our customers to continue to build an environment where our team members are recognized and valued for who they are as individuals as well as their contributions to the organization. That is what “Always Being Personal” means to us.
